Biography
Mariam Dovlatyan is a qualified advocate and a member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia, with over four years of legal experience advising domestic and international clients on a broad range of business-related legal matters.
Her experience includes corporate and commercial law, employment, intellectual property, immigration, regulatory compliance, and civil and administrative matters. Her work has involved drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, advising on corporate governance and regulatory issues, assisting with cross-border matters, and representing clients in civil and administrative proceedings.
At Retrieve Legal & Tax, Mariam is further developing her practice in technology-related and regulatory matters. Her professional interests include information privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, and iGaming.
Mariam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the French University in Armenia (UFAR) and has completed the Advocates Academy of the Republic of Armenia. She is currently completing an additional LL.M. in Law & Technology at King’s College London, with an academic focus on artificial intelligence, information privacy and data protection, and cybersecurity.
She works in Armenian, English, French, and Russian.
