A graduate of Gavar State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Meline is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Law at the same university. She also studied Law with a specialization in International Law at the University of Valladolid in Spain, where she gained academic exposure to a European legal and multicultural environment.
Her professional interests include international law, human rights, corporate and regulatory matters, and legal research.
