Biography
Larisa is a junior lawyer specializing in corporate, contract, and employment law, and advises companies and individuals on a broad range of legal matters, with a focus on delivering clear, practical, and commercially sound solutions, while currently pursuing a dual degree in Law at the French University in Armenia (UFAR) in cooperation with Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University (2022–2026).
Her practice covers corporate governance, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, employment law
matters, regulatory compliance, legal research, and legal analysis. Known for her approachable, detail-oriented manner, she provides clear and reliable legal support, helping clients navigate complex legal frameworks while aligning legal strategies with their business objectives and building trusted professional relationships.
A graduate of the French University in Armenia (UFAR), Larisa combines solid academic training with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset. She is fluent in English, French, and Russian, enabling her to work effectively with both local and international clients.
