Meet Vache Simonyan
Vache Simonyan is a Partner at Retrieve Legal & Tax with more than 10 years of experience in criminal law, prosecution, litigation, and legal advocacy.
His practice is focused on criminal defense in the Republic of Armenia. He represents individuals and businesses at all stages of criminal proceedings, including pre-trial investigations, court hearings, trials, and appeals.
A key area of his practice is extradition and international wanted-person cases. Vache represents individuals subject to extradition requests or international search measures, protecting their rights and interests before Armenian courts and law enforcement authorities.
Before entering private practice, Vache served for eight years in the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Armenia, gaining extensive experience in criminal investigations, prosecution procedures, evidence assessment, and courtroom proceedings. This background gives him a strong understanding of how the prosecution builds and handles criminal cases and allows him to develop effective defense strategies from both procedural and practical perspectives.
