Anahit is a lawyer with a focus on corporate and commercial law. She advises businesses and individuals on a broad range of legal matters, combining strong academic training with practical experience in both the public and private sectors, while currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law at the French University in Armenia (UFAR) within a joint program with Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 (2022–present).

Her practice includes corporate governance, contract drafting and review, legal research, and regulatory compliance. Through her experience at the Central Bank of Armenia, private law firms, and the Legal Clinic of the Université Française en Arménie, Anahit has developed a practical understanding of the legal and commercial challenges faced by modern businesses. She approaches legal matters with a balance of analytical precision and commercial awareness, helping clients identify effective and pragmatic solutions.
