Biography
Levon Aghabalyan is a legal professional with experience in corporate legal practice and public sector legal institutions. He graduated in 2024 from the Russian-Armenian University, Faculty of Law, and is currently pursuing an LL.M. at the American University of Armenia, with a focus on business law and financial regulation. He has developed a strong foundation in corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
Levon gained significant practical experience through his work at the General Jurisdiction Court of the Republic of Armenia, where he was involved in legal research, case analysis, and the review of judicial materials, gaining valuable insight into judicial proceedings and the application of Armenian law in practice. He further expanded his legal experience through internships with the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Republic of Armenia and the Expert Center of the Republic of Armenia, where he was exposed to regulatory, investigative, and institutional legal processes.
His work includes legal research, contract drafting and review, corporate documentation, regulatory compliance, and legal analysis. Combining academic knowledge with practical experience, Levon approaches legal matters with a strong understanding of both legal principles and business realities, helping clients navigate complex legal issues and identify practical and effective solutions.
