Biography
Lia is a qualified advocate and a member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia, with legal practice covering corporate, civil, and administrative law. Her experience includes both advisory and litigation work, representing and assisting clients in a wide range of legal matters. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University (2016–2020), completed the Advocates Academy (2020–2021), and obtained a Master’s degree from the Law Faculty of the Yerevan branch of Moscow State University (2022–2024).
In addition to client representation and advisory work, Lia leads a team of junior associates, overseeing their work, reviewing outputs, and ensuring the quality and consistency of legal deliverables. The role also includes task allocation, workflow coordination, and monitoring deadlines and performance across the team.
Her practice includes drafting and reviewing corporate and civil agreements, conducting legal analysis, and advising on regulatory compliance and corporate governance issues, as well as handling civil and administrative litigation matters. All work is carried out under the supervision of and reported to the Managing Partners.
