Biography
Papin Karapetyan is a lawyer with a strong foundation in legal research and analysis, combined with a practical, detail-oriented approach to addressing legal matters.
A graduate of Gavar State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Papin further broadened his academic and professional outlook through an Erasmus+ exchange at the University of Minho’s Faculty of Law in Portugal, where he gained insight into comparative legal systems and European legal practice.
He gained valuable practical experience through his internship at the Gavar Seat of the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Gegharkunik Province, where he was involved in observing judicial proceedings, reviewing case materials, and gaining firsthand insight into the application of Armenian law in practice. This experience provided him with a solid grounding in courtroom procedure and the practical workings of the judicial system.
His work draws on strong skills in legal research, documentation, and analysis, complemented by his ability to communicate clearly in Armenian, English, and Russian. Papin is committed to delivering accurate and practical legal support while maintaining high professional standards. His professional interests include comparative and European law, human rights, and legal research.
